Jon's Eagle Project

Jon's project was at the cemetery in a neighboring town called Camas. They replaced bases on 3 headstones, cleaned up and redid a sitting area, and cleaned and trimmed about 60 headstones. Josh cleaning a headstone.

What an excellent project!! :) I love the before and after pictures. Seester, you are such a girly-girl....wearing gloves! :) But you are a good mother! :) How many scouts helped Jon? How long did it take them? Is he completely finished now?? I bet he is glad to have the bulk of the project finished. Now he can start writing everything up... :)

Yes, he is done with the project and just finished writing up his thank you notes. Now he needs to write it up and I need to get the pictures developed so he can submit it.
We ALL wore gloves. There was some bleach in the solution we cleaned with so it was mandatory to wear gloves. There were 24 scouts and leaders including Richard and I. They began at 10AM and the last of us left after 5PM. I was in charge of going to Rons store to pick up the food his store donated for lunch and I baked like 12 dozen cookies.
